Handling

  1. The Quick Scan / Eject button may not open the DiMAGE Scan Launcher.

Connection to the computer

  2. The driver is finished with an alert, or freezed at the startup of the driver software. (only for Mac OSX users)
  3. The message, \\\"Could not confirm scanner connection. Confirm all other DiMAGE Scan software is closed\\\" is displayed. (For Macintosh only)
  4. The error message, \\\"Could not confirm scanner connection\\\" is displayed and the scanner cannot be connected.
