DiMAGE Scan Dual IV |

Operation

Lines appear on the scanned image. Is there any problem on the scanner itself? |

This article is intended for oral disclosure only.

We cannot tell what is wrong without the image, but first of all, please check the 6mm-wide space (window for checking the light source). If dust is on the window, lines appear on the image. In that case, please remove dust (clean it). Also, even very thin thread can affect the image, so please care for the dust.
If there is not any dust on the window, please install the driver software again. If lines still appear, please confirm the followings and check the product at our service center
