Connection to the computer


The driver is finished with an alert, or freezed at the startup of the driver software. (only for Mac OSX users) |


Please restart PC.
OS9 (Classic) may be operated on OSX. In this case, the driver software for DualIV does not start-up correctly. So, Please start-up the driver after you stop OS9\\\'s operation for sure. (see the followings for details)
Also, when the driver software terminated abnormally, the message, \\\"The driver soft is already started up\\\" may be displayed, and it cannot be started up even if you try to restart it. Please restart PC in this case.

1. Click \\\"System Preference\\\" on Dock of the screen
2. Click \\\"Classic\\\" from \\\"System\\\" on System Preference (see the attached PDF).
3. Click \\\"Start / Stop,\\\" and the message, \\\"Classic is running on \\\"Volume 9.2.2J Folder / System Folder\\\" is displayed in the middle (this means it is starting up).
4. Click \\\"Stop\\\" on the lower side of the window to stop.
