It is necessary to delete the incomplete files and re-install the driver software.
Windows:
Start the installer program (Setup.exe). In case the driver software files exist in the PC, Uninstaller program runs automatically to delete those files. When uninstallation is complete, run the Installer program again.
Macintosh:
Start installer program (DiMAGE Scan Installer) and select uninstall. When uninstallation is complete, run the Installer program again.
