FAQ

I once saved an image with DiMAGE Viewer Utility, then printed it from Epson's PhotoQuicker 3 with a PIM-enabled printer, color cast occurred. Why?

DiMAGE Image Viewer Utility is not PIM-compliant. This is to reflect customer's settings for color compensation made with DiMAGE Image Viewer Utility to the print. Once an imave captured with DiMAGE 7 is opened and saved with DiMAGE Image Viewer Utility, the PIM information of the image is lost, thus color reproduction may change when printed with PIM function.
