1) Color Positive MLTF2820Up.icc is only effective for 16bit linear color depth. Images to be later converted using other tools than the scanner should be scanned at 16-bit linear color depth in advance. 2) Color Negative MLTF2820Un.icc is for both 16 bit and 8 bit color depth settings, and its works almost similarly as Color Matching option affects the scan image.
