Scan OK, PC refuses to print via Photoshop 6. Scan Utility relaunch failed.


Please confirm the following points. According to you comment, the customer seems to have experienced two problems. 1) Printing failure via Photoshop 6 This may be a problem between printer and Photoshop, according to the fact the scanned image was surely transferred from the driver to Photoshop6. DS Dual II driver supports Photoshop6, but we have no useful information to solve the printing problems. 2) Failure of re-launching the driver We guess the problem started to occur after the printing failure had occurred as above, which means, until then the driver had been working normally. If you're using the printer via USB connection, there might be a possible conflict of USB drivers. Our suggestion to delete all other drivers for USB devices then install DS Dual II driver to check the operation alone. Also check if the PC is Windows2000 compliant to make sure.
