Everything appears to work OK, except that, when I open the Job Selection dialog box, there are no jobs listed. The various headings are there, for Ink Jet, Color Laser etc, but if I select a specific printer type, the box remains blank. The list of different size settings has disappeared. The only job still listed is one he created himself. Is there some way I might have deleted all the jobs without realizing? As far as I can see, you can only delete jobs individually, so it would not be possible to do it by accident. It seems the linkage to the existing job files has been quitted. Uninstallation and reinstallation of the driver software is recommended. Generally whatever the cause may be, it is the simplest and fastest way in the case of software problem.
