By specifying no file name but running Automatic search in the add-new-hardware-wizard when installing the USB driver for Windows2000/ME, the wrong file will be automatically installed so the camera is not acquired as a removable disk. (A yellow warning icon appears in the Device Manager.) Please uninstall the files and try to install by manually specifying the driver. If the problem is still unsolved, a conflict with Dimage-V driver (Camera Access) is likely to be the cause. In that case, uninstallation of Camera Access may be necessary.
