What does the "Failed to initialize Ds library" or "Initialization of Ds library failed" message mean? How can the problem be solved?
Macintosh only: Insufficient memory allocation for the host application (e.g. Easy Scan Utility, Photoshop LE) is the cause. To correct this problem, increase the memory allocation to those programs. A minimum of 64MB of RAM in addition to the requirements for application is recommended.
