After connecting the scanner (SCSI) to the PC, the driver can not be launched (error message: no scanner insalled). Neither the Hardware-Assistant starts, nor is the scanner listed in the device manager. The software was installed without a problem.
Probably the scanner was connected to the parallel port.
For using the scanner a SCSI board has to be installed in the PC (see compatibility chart at www.konicaminoltasuppport.com)
