Is the remote camera function employed?


Yes. The camera can be used as an image input device for Net Meeting or other applications when connected to a computer via USB connection and can be used like a videophone. (This feature cannot be used with Macintosh.) Minimum system requirements for the remote camera is as follows: Computers: IBM PC/AT compatible CPU(*1): Pentium II 300MHz or higher OS: Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows Me, Windows XP Professional, Windows XP Home Edition RAM(*1): 128MB or more(256MB with Windows XP) Hard-disk space: 200MB or more Monitor: 800x600 of displaying 16-bit color quality Other: CD-ROM drive is necessary for installation. Tested application: (*2): Microsoft NetMeeting, Microsoft Windows Messenger *1: The CPU and RAM must satisfy the requirements of operating system. *2: The application software must be guaranteed by the manufacturer to work with the operating system.
