What is Multi-sample scanning?


It is to minimize possible random noise in shadow areas. To obtain a clear and smooth image with less noise in shadow areas, it exposes each CCD line for several times and averages the data. The number of sampling is selectable from 2, 4, 8 or 16 times. *Random noise: a kind of electrical noise that appears irregularly.
