FAQ

What are the notes on using flash sync. terminal?

Please note the followings: 1. Set the exposure mode to M mode. 2. Set the shutter speed lower than recommended value by your flash. Set the shutter speed slower than 1/125 sec when Anti-shake is ON, or 1/160 when Anti-shake is OFF. If it is set at faster than that, some flash may be out of sync with exposure. If the recommended value of the flash is lower then the above, please set the shutter speed slower than the recommended value. 3. Power off the flash in advance of connecting to the sync cord. 4. Please use the flash under 400 voltage of the sync voltage, with whichever polarity. 5. Red-eye reduction and rear flash sync. cannot be used. 6. We recommend you to set to "Custom White Balance".
