The Auto Power Off function does not work, no matter which time is set in setup for this function.
There is a difference between the stand-by mode and the power-off mode. To switch on the camera from the stand-by mode you have to press the shutter partway down.
To switch it on from the power-off mode you have to press the power button.
No matter which time is set for the Auto Power Off function the camera will switch always in the stand-by mode after a while without operation.
