What should I do when I encounter abnormal termination while scanning? |

This article is intended for oral disclosure only.

Delete the following work files.
Windows: Raw****.tmp file in [Windows]-[Temp]
Macintosh: 14*** file in the specified folder for scanned images. Restart OS after deleting.
If the DiMAGE Scan Launcher is not installed in the computer, also delete the following files.
Mac OS 9: MFSLibInit file in [System]-[Default]-[DiMAGE Scan]
Mac OS X: MFSLibInit file in [UserHomeDir]-[Library]-[Preferences]-[DiMAGE Scan]
