The points of this problem are:
· When a new 8MB CompactFlash is loaded, the number of available frames will be "44" on the LCD monitor display.
· But actually, the capacity will be around 47 images as described in the instruction manual.
This is because the camera calculates the remaining capacity not directly but with some margin for safety.
We understand this may give a false impression as you pointed out, therefore the descritpion including possibility of revision in the instruction manual will be reviewed.
