DiMAGE 7 |

Operation

Is there any restrictions when using a filter with DiMAGE 7? |

Yes, the filter diameter should be 49mm. Thick filters such as polarizing filter and close-up lens may cause vignetting. When using such a filter, frame your subject while confirming live image in the EVF or on the LCD monitor display.

Use of the following Minolta filters will cause the vignetting at the specified focal-length. Recommend use of those filters beyond the range.

- Vignetting occurs with 50mm or shorter focal-length: Polarizing Filter (Old and New), Close-up Lens No.0 and No.1

- Vignetting occurs with 100mm or shorter focal-length: Close-up Lens No.2
