Yes, the ICC profile is included in Scan Dual II software (MLTF2820Up.icc, MLTF2820Un.icc).

The "ICC profile" complies with the rules determined by International Color Consortium and it involves two file types; ".icm" and ".icc".

Both work almost the same, though the file extension is different.

The Dual II ICC profile works as below.

MLTF2820Up.icc: Applicable to positive-film scanned at 16-bit linear color-depth

MLTF2820Un.icc: Applicable to negative-film scanned at 8-bit or 16-bit color-depth setting

(ICC profile for positive-films scanned at 8-bit color depth is not prepared because when Color Matching function is used, the scan data is always processed internally through 16 -to-8 bit conversion.)
