The error message „Error = 50. (problem with film holder, open the front door of the scanner)“
Try the following:
- Turn the scanner off
- Unplug the USB connection from the scanner
- Manually insert the holder into the scanner (until it is 50% inserted)
- Turn the scanner on > the film holder is ejected automatically
- Plug in the USB connection again
The problem should be solved.
