Does TTL-flash metering work even when the camera is used in manual mode?
TTL-flash metering is performed even in M-mode. The program flashes 5600HS(D), 5400HS, 5400xi, 5200i and 4000AF can also be set to M-mode, so that flash metering with an external light meter (studio) is possible.
You have to pay attention that the flash is fully charged when metering.
